Group Therapy

Often healing comes through the journey. We benefit from having a community that
can bring healing and wholeness.  Our therapy groups strive to do just that!

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a place you can have a voice with peers.  So often in our lives we have relationships that dismiss our point of view and diminish our experiences.  Group therapy is a place where you can receive and give support.  It diminishes loneliness as you realize that others struggle just as you do.  Relationships are a key to a fulfilling life and group therapy is a place to learn and practice healthy relationships.

Educational Groups

Educational groups are different from therapy groups.  Therapy groups tend to focus on individual relationships and creating a safe environment to talk about past hurts.  Educational groups on the other hand are an opportunity to learn about psychological, relational, interpersonal, and familial topics.  These groups tend to focus on understanding in a general way and developing skills for better coping and relationships.  Most Educational Groups work through a pre-planned curriculum.
