Fees and Insurance

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
- Co-pay – if your health insurance plan includes a copay, payment is expected at the time of service
- Co-insurance – if your health insurance plan includes coinsurance, we will bill you for your portion once insurance has paid
- Deductible – if your health insurance plan includes a deductible, payment is expected at the time of service until your deductible is met for each year. If your insurance coverage changes, please notify us immediately to avoid delays or gaps.
HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS
We make every effort to be paneled and credentialed as “in network” providers. Here is a list of plans that normally pay for our services: You should consult your particular insurance plan to confirm your coverage.

OTHER FINANCIAL OPTIONS:
- Church sponsored clients – we have arrangements with Bethel, Columbia Community and Central Church; if your church is willing to sponsor clients, please contact us to discuss the referral process
- You may choose to self-pay
- Very limited financial assistance is available; You must complete an application, provide documentation of income and expenses, and be at or below 200% of the Federal poverty level
- Grace Clinic in Kennewick provides mental health services to low-income uninsured individuals
- If you are a woman on Medicare or Applecare Plan, you may qualify for assistance under Washington Women
